Job Description
As a Social Media Manager at Amazon in Cherry Hill, NJ, you will play a crucial role in shaping our brand's voice on various social media platforms. You will be responsible for developing and implementing creative social media strategies that enhance engagement, deepen customer relationships, and drive traffic to our services. You will work closely with marketing, product, and customer service teams to align our online presence with strategic business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute innovative social media marketing strategies that align with overall business objectives.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in social media management, preferably in an e-commerce or retail environment.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights).
- Strong creativity and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think outside the box.
- Experience with graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
- Familiarity with SEO best practices and online marketing strategies.
